Our friendly, expert consultants offer a truly personal service, and work in consultation with you to ensure that all staff placed with you are of the highest professional and personal standards, and that the service you receive is exceptional.

Home Visits: We pride ourselves on finding the right fit for your household, and as such we like to take the time to visit you in your home to enable us to truly understand your needs and find the right person to work alongside your family.

Professional Advice: Our consultants are trained professionals and we are more than happy to advise and provide you with as much information as possible that will allow you to make the right choice, including advice regarding contracts, visas and interview procedures.

Trial Period: To allow you to truly assess how your new staff member will fit within your home, Drake offers a fee-free trial period of up to 3 days.
